Our ProductsGRE BioFeeder 4000 The GRE BioFeeder 4000 fermenting and extracting system was designed with the family farm in mind and provides the perfect size to produce low-temperature wet distiller's grain (LTWDG) to continuously feed livestock. Using 225 bushels of corn it co-produces approximately 1125 gallons of 40% hydrous ethanol and 22,500 lbs. of LTWDG per week at maximum output while using only 1690 kWh of electricity. Call for current pricing. Approximate Footprint: 8'-6" wide x 11'-0" high x 25' long GRE BioFeeder 2000 Our GRE BioFeeder 2000 is a smaller version of the GRE BioFeeder 4000 that fits into a standard 8'x8'x20' transport container for easy shipping to global markets. It will ferment a variety of feedstocks indigenous to an area and co-produce hydrous ethanol at low temperature and low cost using conventional electrical power. Output volumes are contingent on the type and quality of feedstock used. Call for current pricing. GRE Extractor 25000 This larger-sized system was designed for the liquid waste (soda, beer, wine) industry. The output numbers vary greatly depending on which input material is used. This unit takes up to 18,000 gallons of waste product per batch and still incorporates our patented, low-temperature extraction methods and therefore uses only a fraction of the energy used by conventional distillation methods. See our Technical Data page for test results collected for the waste industry and compare them to any other units on the market. Call for current pricing. Approximate Footprint: 8'-6" wide x 12'-0" high x 46' long GRE Extractor 4000 Designed with the smaller waste business in mind, the GRE Extractor 4000 delivers the same low temperature, low cost results found in all of our systems. This unit takes up to 3000 gallons of liquid waste product per batch and uses only a fraction of the energy used by conventional distillation methods. Call for current pricing. Approximate Footprint: 8'-6" wide x 11'-0" high x 20' long GRE Custom Built Systems Our engineers and technicians can apply our patented technology to build any system to fit your business needs. In DevelopmentInjector System Testing There are many duel-fuel injection systems on the market today for turbo/super charged diesel or gasoline engines. Utilization of these systems will significantly reduce your fuel costs and exhaust pollutants while increasing torque output and horsepower. These systems enable an engine to displace up to 50% of the fossil fuel with 40-50% hydrous ethanol, the very substance made using a GRE system. GRE continues to perform automotive testing to maximize the use of hydrous ethanol using duel-fuel injection systems. Hydrous Ethanol Uses GRE's processing technology produces hydrous ethanol in concentrations from 40% to 50%. Hydrous ethanol is an economic, environmentally friendly alternative form of energy in it's infancy. We invite others to explore and consider how to utilize hydrous ethanol in their products including engines, generators, stoves, gel-fuel, etc. For more information on hydrous ethanol's potential, check out HE Blends. As hydrous ethanol becomes more readily available, we believe the applications for its use will increase. When needed, our hydrous ethanol can be upgraded to fuel-grade using GRE technology. |
